Autoinjector and Injection Pen Platforms
Seven platforms across four device types: fixed-dose autoinjectors that deliver one prefilled syringe per activation, adjustable disposable pens that dose a cartridge in dialled steps, reusable pens — one of them dual-chamber, for in-device reconstitution — and single-use pen injectors. Every specification below comes from the factory's controlled data; the drug names are application examples — the devices ship empty and carry no therapeutic claims. Container fit is verified per program on the compatibility page.

1 · Disposable Autoinjector — Prefilled Syringe (Fixed-Dose)
One activation, one complete dose from a prefilled syringe. Built for biologics, biosimilars and emergency-use programs where the dose is set by the fill, not by the user.
| Primary container | 1.0 mL slender-type PFS · 2.25 mL PFS |
|---|---|
| Usage | Disposable, fixed-dose |
| Fill volume | 0.2–1.0 mL (1.0 mL PFS) · 0.2–2.25 mL (2.25 mL PFS) |
| Minimum deliverable | 0.2 mL |
| Maximum dose | 1.0 mL (1.0 mL PFS) · 2.25 mL (2.25 mL PFS) |
| Needle type | Matched to the pharmaceutical company's specification |
| Application examples | Tirzepatide, semaglutide, monoclonal antibody drugs (1.0 mL PFS) · epinephrine, monoclonal antibody drugs (2.25 mL PFS) |
2 · Disposable Autoinjector — Multi-Dose Cartridge (Adjustable)
Takes standard 3 mL or 1.5 mL cartridges and doses in 0.01 mL steps. The factory builds it in several dosing configurations — one per titration schedule — and the configuration is fixed at order time.
| Primary container | Standard 3 mL and 1.5 mL cartridge according to ISO 11608-3 |
|---|---|
| Usage | Disposable, adjustable-dose |
| Fill volume | 1.5–3 mL |
| Minimum deliverable | 0.01 mL (all configurations) |
| Maximum dose | 0.37–1.00 mL, set by configuration (see table) |
| Needle type | Compatible with standard pen needles according to ISO 11608-2 |
| Application example | Cartridge | Min. unit dose | Dose units | Dose range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide (1.5 mL) | 1.5 mL | 0.01 mL | 37 | 0–0.37 mL |
| Semaglutide (3 mL) | 3 mL | 0.01 mL | 74 | 0–0.74 mL |
| Tirzepatide | 3 mL | 0.01 mL | 60 | 0–0.60 mL |
| Insulin degludec/aspart | 3 mL | 0.01 mL | 80 | 0–0.80 mL |
| Insulin degludec/liraglutide | 3 mL | 0.01 mL | 50 | 0–0.50 mL |
| Insulin icodec | 3 mL | 0.0143 mL | 70 | 0–1.00 mL |
3 · UrgoPen — Emergency Fixed-Dose Autoinjector
A fixed-dose autoinjector built around a custom 2.25 mL cartridge, with the fill — not the user — setting the dose. Designed for epinephrine programs.
| Primary container | Custom 2.25 mL cartridge according to ISO 11608-3 |
|---|---|
| Usage | Disposable, fixed-dose |
| Fill volume | 0.15–2.0 mL |
| Minimum deliverable | 0.15 mL |
| Maximum dose | 2.0 mL |
| Needle type | Matched to the pharmaceutical company's specification |
| Application examples | Epinephrine |
4 · WH-RG Reusable Autoinjector Pen (Adjustable)
A reusable platform built around a 5 mL cartridge, dosing in 50 increments from a 0.02 mL minimum — sized for chronic therapies that run through large total volumes over the device's life. Housing colours, brand-colour matching, logo printing and a configurable dose-unit window are available.
| Primary container | 5 mL cartridge, ISO 11608-3 compliant |
|---|---|
| Usage | Reusable, adjustable-dose |
| Minimum deliverable dose | 0.02 mL |
| Dosing increments | 50 |
| Reference dosing configuration | Semaglutide — 0.100 mL dose range on the 5 mL cartridge |
| Application examples | Semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, teriparatide, insulin glargine, insulin aspart, biphasic insulin aspart 30/25, NPH insulin, insulin degludec, insulin degludec + liraglutide, growth hormone |
| Customization | Standard and brand-matched housing colours, logo printing, configurable dose-unit window, packaging for automated assembly |
5 · Reusable Dual-Chamber Pen (4 mL)
Two components that must stay separated until use — typically a lyophilized cake and its diluent — live in one 4 mL dual-chamber cartridge. The pen integrates cartridge actuation, mixing travel, dose adjustment and injection into a single workflow, replacing separate transfer and manual mixing.
| Primary container | 4 mL dual-chamber cartridge |
|---|---|
| Usage | Reusable, adjustable-dose, in-device reconstitution |
| Dose range | 0.01–0.5 mL |
| Minimum dose increment | 0.01 mL |
| Workflow | Actuation → mixing travel → dose adjustment → injection, in one device |
| Designed for | Two-component drugs: separation before use, mixing in the device, then delivery |
Final system performance depends on the cartridge architecture, chamber volumes, separation structure, mixing travel and fluid characteristics of your program — each configuration is evaluated with the actual cartridge and samples.

How to verify us
Every figure on this page exists in a controlled specification sheet we can send on request, and every compliance line (ISO 11608-1/-2/-3) has a test report behind it — released with the order documentation, see compliance. Ask for the sheet with its revision number before any design decision.
What the drug names do and do not mean
Application examples describe the dosing parameters the platform was designed around. The devices ship empty: they contain no drug, and naming a drug is not a therapeutic claim, an effectiveness statement or a recommendation. Drug registration is the pharmaceutical company's work; ours is a documented device that fits its container and dose schedule.
Match a platform to your program
