Device-to-Container Compatibility Verification
Yes — we verify that the autoinjector fits your prefilled syringe before the order is placed, not after your first functional batch fails. The verification covers dimensional fit in the housing, the break-loose and glide force chain against spring output, needle shield retention and release, and functional delivery through the device with containers from your named syringe supplier. You can also buy the device alone; the verification is how we protect the program, not a bundle requirement.
Why your syringe supplier matters more than your drug
Glass prefilled syringes vary between suppliers even at the same nominal format: barrel diameter tolerance, stopper friction, flange geometry and needle shield retention all move. Two syringes of the same size can behave differently inside the same device — a higher break-loose force changes activation feel; an out-of-tolerance flange can misalign window or sensor features. Naming your syringe source at inquiry stage costs almost nothing and removes the largest single risk in the program.
| Verification layer | What we check | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensional fit | Barrel diameter and tolerance chain, flange geometry, neck and shield interfaces against the housing and tray | Fit report against your container drawing |
| Force chain | Spring output vs break-loose and glide force of your stopper system, across the rated temperature range | Force-chain summary for your container and stopper system |
| Shield retention & release | Needle shield retention before activation; clean release and needle guard lock after activation | Functional check report |
| Delivery through device | Complete activation with containers from your named supplier, including end-of-injection signal behaviour | Functional delivery summary + document list for your regulatory team |
Container formats we work with
The platforms are designed around long glass prefilled syringes — 1.0 mL slender and 2.25 mL formats — and around standard 1.5 mL and 3 mL cartridges per ISO 11608-3, plus the 5 mL cartridge and the 4 mL dual-chamber cartridge on the reusable pens. If your container sits outside that list, say so in the first message: an honest "we would need an adaptation assessment" arrives faster than an optimistic "yes" that fails at functional testing.
How to verify us
Ask for the compatibility summary in writing with the three force numbers and the named test method for each. A supplier who cannot produce force-chain numbers for your container does not have a verification program — they have a hope that it fits.

Drug stability in your container, combination-product registration strategy and human-factors validation for your submission are your regulatory team's territory. We supply the device documentation that feeds those workstreams — see compliance. Device specifications and trade-offs are on the specifications page.
Send your container, get the compatibility summary
Send your syringe supplier name, container format and target market. We return the written compatibility summary — verified items, not-verified items and the document list — before you commit to any order.
