Logo-printed and custom-colour orders start at 5,000 units per SKU; standard-housing minimums are quoted per program and confirmed in writing within one working day. The minimums come from three places: housing moulds run in economical batch sizes, assembly batches are validated, and ethylene oxide sterilization chambers have a minimum validated load. We consolidate orders across buyers where possible, so smaller trial quantities can sometimes be arranged — send your target market and timeline and we will confirm within one working day.

Why the minimum is the minimum
A printed housing requires a print setup per batch. A moulded housing part only becomes economical above the mould's break-even batch. An assembly batch is validated as a batch, so small batches carry the same qualification cost as large ones. And sterilization is charged per chamber load — below the minimum validated load you are paying for air. Any supplier who cannot show you these three numbers is quoting the MOQ they wish you would accept, not the one the process requires.
